Multinational group leader in the luxury fashion sector, in view of its structure growth is looking for a:


Oversee a retail company’s online sales and presence. He is responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web. He oversees a team of web designers and software developers who create the online transaction system and look of the website.

He will drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction for the online store primarily through catalog optimization and merchandising. He will develop product, merchandising, marketing, and creative strategies, with a focus on improving conversion, usability, and the functionality of e-Commerce products and services though methods such as split testing. Additionally, he will raise organizational awareness of emerging market opportunities, customer needs, and the relevant competitive landscape., Main Responsibilities and related activities

Main Responsibilities

Maximize Revenue and Margin from goods through online sales;

Oversee the proper procedures for handling and sales of E-Commerce merchandise;

Oversee Security procedures and Audit incoming merchandise for loss control;

Analyze sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes;

Implement and maintain procedures to maximize efficiencies in production, sales customer service, with a focus on continuous improvement;

Effectively manage to ensure proper adherence by store and E-Commerce to policies and procedures;

Maximize sales performance through proper listing, handling, rotation, and shipping of all merchandise;

Provide information and counsel concerning retail operations to support strategic development and improvements in growth and effectiveness.


Proven skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making tradeoffs against business priorities;

Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets;

Proven skills in managing technical or analytical projects with different teams;

Excellent written and oral communication skills; at ease when dealing with senior management;

A thorough understanding of direct marketing principles;

High attention to detail;

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree is required;

Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
